I am privileged to identify as a caucasian middle-class, and university-educated woman living in Eastern Canada. I have a degree in Nursing and am blessed to have been able to achieve secondary education. I believe health is more than physical, but achieving health can be complicated for some individuals and groups. I am eager to learn more about the intricate relationship between an individual's life situation, including the social determinants of health, and their physical and mental health.
